Thank you for shopping Falling Water Outdoors. We do our best to provide our customers with great products at great products prices.

Ordering Products:

You may order any of the products that you see through the online store.  If you have problems placing your order, or you need other assistance, you may call during our normal business hours of 7:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Monday thru Thursday, Central Standard Time.

Products purchased and received in the state of Tennessee are subject to Tennessee sales tax.

Payment Methods:

We accept VISA and Master Card and PayPal.

Shipping Terms and Rates:

We specialize in custom baits and lures, please allow up to a week for your order to be shipped. All orders will be shipped United States Postal Service. Shipping rates are $5.95 for orders under $50 and free for orders over $50. All shipping times shown on the web site are transit-time estimates.


There may be times when we incur a backorder situation, if that happens your order will be divided into two portions. The first in-stock portion will ship first, and the backordered portion will ship when the items become available. This should be a rare occurrence because we are an online only store, however we are prepared for that possibility. In this situation, you will be notified and Falling Water Outdoors will pay for the backordered items to ship.

We cannot guarantee when backordered products will arrive as those delivery schedules are determined by the specific manufacturers.

Return Policies:

We specialize in custom baits and lures. The customized products that we sell cannot be returned.

We also offer some products that are not customized, such as docking lights and black lights and other products such as these. If these products are damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours to receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and return the package within 15 days of receiving that RMA number to receive a replacement product. No refunds will be issued. After this 48 hour window, please contact the manufacturer of the product itself per the manufacturer warranty.

If you receive a damaged package you should either refuse the shipment or take the damaged package to the post office upon receiving it. You must notify Falling Water Outdoors as soon as the damaged package is received.

In all cases, you are responsible for the shipping costs to return the product or package to Falling Water Outdoors.  Upon inspection, Falling Water Outdoors will ship a replacement item to you.
